How does a Bear Stuffing Party work?  Select the animals you want to order for your party and be sure to place your order 5-7 business days before your party day to ensure it arrives in time for your party.  The children will hand-stuff their own plush animal, make a wish that stays inside forever, and make their new friend a part of the family by creating a birth certificate.  The locking zipper and/or velcro closure back makes it easy to close without sewing or worry of children re-opening and removing the stuffing. This is a great birthday party activity and project for all ages from 3 to 103.

Do you offer discounts for parties?  Animals Kits are priced at $10 each whether you buy 1 or 10000.  We do offer a quantity discount when you purchase 6 or more Animal and Outfit Combos you pay $18.95 each.

Do you offer discounts on animal clothing?  Animal clothing is as priced on the site.  Note, however, that there is a savings of up to $3 when purchasing the animal & outfit combos depending on which outfit is selected for the party combo. 

Can I choose any animal kit and outfit to make up my Animal & Outfit Party Combo?  You can choose any 15" Stuffable Animal or 16" Stuffable Animal and any bear outfit to make up your Animal and Outfit Combo.  If purchasing for a party, you can select any animal and outfit combinations for each party guest.

I want to purchase a stuffable gift animal.  What are the "stuffed" and "unstuffed" options?  Any of our stuffable animal kits and stuffable gift animals can be ordered "stuffed" which means your animal will arrive pre-stuffed.  Or, you can order your gift "unstuffed" which means we will send a stuffable animal kit including the unstuffed animal, stuffing, wishing star insert and birth certificate. 

Do you offer discounts on animal kits for larger orders? At this time all animals are currently priced as shown on this site.  Whether you buy 1 or 10000 animals, the price is the same. 

Why are the Bulk 24 Animals in some cases more expensive than the individual animal kits?.  We periodically discount certain animal kits throughout the year to maintain inventory control and therefore, we are able to reduce prices on certain individual animal kits.  The Bulk 24 animals ship direct from the Animaland warehouses  in either Boston or Las Vegas and the prices are fixed.  Accordingly, we cannot discount or reduce the price of the Animaland animals as those animals ship direct from the factory.  We do offset the cost to you as reflected in our $7.95 flat rate shipping on all orders over $150 or more.  Note, that UPS charges us between $25 and $65 to ship one Bulk 24 order to you and yet we only charge you $7.95 shipping no matter how many Bulk 24 orders you place with us!

I received my Bulk 24 Animaland order and the stuffing is not individually packaged, why?  Animaland animals ship direct from the Animaland warehouses in either Boston or Las Vegas, not from our warehouse in Melbourne, FL.   All Bulk 24 orders arrive in bulk meaning you will receive a 9 lb box of fluff for every 24 animals which YOU must divide among the animals.  Fluff is not individually pre-packaged when your order is placed as a Bulk 24 order.  If you require your stuffing individually pre-packaged, order your animal kits individually. Bulk 24 animal orders are great for larger parties, classrooms and fundraisers.  Animaland 14"-17" animals are only available in quantities of 6 and 24.  You can mix and match Animaland 14"-17" animals but they may only be ordered in quantities of 6 as a Bulk 24 animal order.

How do the animals close?  All animals have a zipper and/or velcro closure.  No sewing is required.  

How do I reopen the zipper if it arrives closed or if it was closed prematurely?  Animaland animal zippers may be reopened by inserting a small paper clip in the zipper head and a quick pull will unzip the animal.  The Bear Factory animals will have the zipper string attached and again a quick pull will unzip the animal.  If the zipper pull has been removed, just insert a small paper clip in the zipper head to unzip.

How are the animals stuffed?  All animals are hand stuffed by you and may be stuffed anywhere and anytime.  When your animal arrives turn it over to locate the zipper.  Unzip the zipper to expose the opening where you will stuff the animal.  Take the fluff (fill) and stretch and pull it apart to make it extra fluffy.  Using your two pointer fingers grab a golf ball size piece of stuffing and begin by stuffing the arms, legs, back of the head and lastly the tummy.  You will stuff the animal until it is just right.  You will then make a wish on the wishing star, insert the star inside the animal, and then close the animal's zipper.  Now it's time to complete the birth certificate.

Where do I put the sound box?  You can put the sound box in the animal's paw, tummy and in some animals you can put the sound it their tail.  To activate your sound box remove the plastic tab and press it to make sure it works.  Insert the sound box in the desired location and be sure to surround the sound box with fluff so it does not feel boxy and will not slide around.

What age child are the stuffable animal kits appropriate for?  We recommend ages 3 and up - a little assistance may be required from an adult but keep in mind, their little hands are so small they can fit inside the animal and can position the stuffing just where it's needed.

What is included in the Bulk 24 orders?  Bulk 24 orders include 24 unstuffed animals, birth certificates, stars and 9 1b box of fill.  Note that bulk order arrive in bulk and the fill must be divided among all the animals.  Each animal requires approximately 4-6 oz of fill.

How long before my order ships?  All Internet orders placed Monday through Friday before 2:00 p.m. EST will be processed within 24-48 hours. Weekend orders, and orders placed after 2:00 p.m. Friday will be processed on the next business day. Should an item be unfortunately out of stock, we will contact you immediately. Allow 1-3 business days to process all orders prior to shipping.  We ship from several distribution centers and make every attempt to ship from the distribution center closest to your location to minimize delivery time.  Keep in mind that not all products are available at every distribution center so your order may arrive in more than one shipment.   Typically after your order leaves the distribution center, allow 3-6 business days for delivery.

What is your Replacements, Refunds and Returns Policies

Any missing parts, damage or defects must be reported to Let's Play Dress-Up within 3 days of receipt of your order for replacement.  If your order was damaged in transit, please retain all shipping packaging as you may be required to present the damaged shipment to the shipping agent for inspection.  Defective merchandise must be returned to Let's Play Dress-Up prior to authorization of replacement or refund.
