What is included in an Animal Kit?  Each kit includes an unstuffed animal, individual bag of fluff, star to make a wish upon, and birth certificate. 

How do the animals close?  All animals have a zipper and/or zipper & velcro closure.  No sewing is required.  

How do I reopen the zipper if it arrives closed or if it was closed prematurely?  Animaland animal zippers may be reopened by inserting a small paper clip in the zipper head and a quick pull will unzip the animal.  The Bear Factory animals will have the zipper string attached and again a quick pull will unzip the animal.  If the zipper pull has been removed, just insert a small paper clip in the zipper head to unzip.

How are the animals stuffed?  All animals are hand stuffed by you and may be stuffed anywhere and anytime.  When your animal arrives turn it over to locate the zipper.  Unzip the zipper to expose the opening where you will stuff the animal.  Take the fluff (fill) and stretch and pull it apart to make it extra fluffy.  Using your two pointer fingers grab a golf ball size piece of stuffing and begin by stuffing the arms, legs, back of the head and lastly the tummy.  You will stuff the animal until it is just right.  You will then make a wish on the wishing star, insert the star inside the animal, and then close the animal's zipper.  Now it's time to complete the birth certificate.

Where do I put the sound box?  You can put the sound box in the animal's paw, tummy and in some animals you can put the sound it their tail.  To activate your sound box remove the plastic tab and press it to make sure it works.  Insert the sound box in the desired location and be sure to surround the sound box with fluff so it does not feel boxy and will not slide around.

What age child are the stuffable animal kits appropriate for?  We recommend ages 3 and up - a little assistance may be required from an adult but keep in mind, their little hands are so small they can fit inside the animal and can position the stuffing just where it's needed.

What is included in the Bulk 24 orders?  Bulk 24 orders include 24 unstuffed animals, birth certificates, stars and 9 1b box of fill.  Note that bulk order arrive in bulk and the fill must be divided among all the animals.  Each animal requires approximately 4-6 oz of fill.
